Games Individual Participants

What is an Individual Participant? Registered Individuals will be used to help fill openings on other teams. If you have students who want to participate, we encourage you to SIGN THEM UP! Individual Participants will help those teams missing a few boys/girls to complete their team and if you have a small group of individuals from the same church, it may allow smaller churches to compete in this exciting event [we will pair you up whenever possible]. Many times we are able to form one or two teams made up of the Individual Participants [we have volunteer coaches, teams meet up at Summit and are allowed early entry into the Games event for practice]. Your Summit contact person will be notified regarding placements – usually the week before the Summit event. We do our best to keep Individual Participants from the same church/group together but that is not always possible.

Team Shirts

Your group is encouraged to create/design their own shirts for use at Games that reflects the personality or origination of your team. Be creative and have fun. Your are welcome to use the Summit Shirt handed out at team check-in as an alternative.

Roster Sheets

Completed roster sheets must be turned in during Summit team check-in on Thursday afternoon [no later than Saturday morning if you pre-arrange with us].

Wristbands

Wristband or daily passes are required for ALL adults and students who are attending Summit, not just the youth leaders and the students.

Daily spectator passes are available for the competitions and events (Games, Quizzing, Fine Arts, and Volleyball) and can be purchased for $15 each day at the activity, the Summit Office and/or the Summit Store
