Part 1: REGISTRATION:
You must be a GRADUATING SENIOR OR OLDER to earn your Citation Award.
You must first register at summit-journey.org to participate in the Citation Ceremony. Please contact Margie Uhlar with any questions regarding your Citation registration only.
Part 2: ORDERING CITATION AWARD:
The new 2026 Citation Award will replace the previous Citation Plaque.
Here are the new details for ordering your Citation Award.
You must order, purchase your Citation award, and pay your shipping costs through the Awana Citation Award order link. If you have any questions about ordering your Citation Award, please contact Wendy Winterstein.
Important new details about your Citation Award order deadline:
The deadline for ordering your Citation Award and paying for shipping cost is Friday, January 23, 2026. If you order your award and pay for shipping costs after the January 23, 2026 deadline, there is NO GUARANTEE that your Citation Award will arrive on time for the Citation Ceremony, if sending to the host church, Ducanville First Baptist Church. If your Citation Award arrives after the Ceremony to the host church, Duncanville First Baptist, you will be responsible for paying another shipping cost to have your plaque mailed from the host church to your home address. Summit-Journey will not be responsible.

Part 3: PARTICIPATING IN THE CEREMONY:
You must complete part 3 of this downloadable form to participate in the Citation Ceremony on Saturday evening, March 21th at Duncanville First Baptist Church. Please contact Russell and Ruth Foreman if you have any questions regarding your participation in the Summit Citation Ceremony.
The deadline to submit all 3 Parts of this Citation Form is Friday, January 23, 2026.
NOTE: Citation awards MUST be ordered by Friday, January 23, 2026. After this date, there are NO guarantees of receiving your Citation award at the 2026 Citation Ceremony.

Citation Achievers participating only in the Citation Ceremony need Wristbands
Please complete all three parts of this downloadable form. Part 1 of the downloadable form is registering for the Citation Ceremony. When you register, please purchase wristbands for you and your guests to attend the Citation Ceremony only. If you have any questions about purchasing wristbands or registering to participate as a Citation Recipient, please contact Margie Uhlar.
Check-In Information (Choose only one option)
If you are attending Summit with your church, General Check-In for Citation Achievers is Thursday, March 19, 2026. You will need to personally Check-In at the Citation table.

If you are only attending the Citation Ceremony on Saturday, March 21, 2026, you must contact Russell & Ruth Foreman to make arrangements and receive details.
Citation Achievers Arrival Time and Assigned Seating
All Citation Achievers should arrive for the Citation Meeting on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 4:30 P.M. It is mandatory that you attend. Please make sure that you bring a snack or dinner to eat afterwards in a designated area. Practice is only for Citation Achievers. Family and friends will remain outside the sanctuary until the meeting is completed. After the Citation meeting, the Citation Achievers will remain during the Final Round of Bible Quizzing in which the Ceremony will start immediately afterwards.
Reserved seating will only be available for Citation Achievers. We will be unable to accommodate family and friends Reserved seating. There will be adequate time for family and friends to find seats before the Citation Ceremony starts.
Dress Code, Decorum, and Photographs
This is a momentous occasion in which we want to honor all Citation Achievers during the Ceremony. After your Citation photo, please return back to your seats so that we can take a commemorative group photo at the end of the Ceremony. Details will be given about the final photograph at the 4:30 PM Citation Meeting. This will bless and inspire other Citation Achievers coming after you.
Regarding the dress code, you are being honored, and most of all, glorifying our Lord Jesus Christ during this formal occasion. Please dress appropriately.
Transporting Your Award After the Ceremony
You will receive instructions at the Citation Meeting on Saturday, March 21, 2026 about transporting your Citation Award.
