Meals

Students and Teams may only bring prepared food only at Crossway Baptist Church. Crossway Baptist Church does not cater but there are local vendors that could be catered from.  No water, or other beverages or food allowed in the auditorium.

The Courts (for games and most of volleyball) does not allow the selling, disbursement, or consumption of outside food and/or drink in the facility.  Although they want you to purchase all concessions from them, they have agreed to allowing outside water.  Their food court will be available for purchasing of food (snack bar, pizza buffet, sub sandwich shop, ice cream bar, and seating) and/or drink.

Wristbands and Daily Passes

Wristband or daily passes are required for ALL adults and students who are attending Summit, not just the youth leaders and the students.

Daily spectator passes are available for the competitions and events (AwanaGames, Bible Quiz, Fine Arts, Volleyball and the Citation Ceremony) and can be purchased for $10 each day at the Summit Office (Crossway Baptist Church, Room A3).

AwanaGames™ Partial Team

What is a partial team? Individual registrations will be accepted for AwanaGames. If you don't have enough for a full team, but have students that want to participate, SIGN THEM UP! There will be a separate division for these combined teams. This will allow many of the smaller churches to compete in this exciting event.

Your Summit contact person will be notified optimally as far in advance as possible (but may be short notice, less than 2 weeks of event) of team placement. More information can be found here. Continue to check with Venue Coordinator.
